Secondary students excelled at the regional science fair, and made up nearly half of the contingent who went on to compete at nationals in Fredericton, New Brunswick.
The Greater Vancouver Regional Science Fair is open to students from 10 school districts (Howe Sound, Sunshine Coast, Powell River, West Vancouver, North Vancouver, Vancouver, °µºÚ±¬ÁϹÙÍø, Richmond, Coquitlam, New Westminster and Ridge Meadows). Nearly three-hundred students competed at regionals, with 17 going forward to take their project to the national competition. Of those 17, eight students were from our schools:
